About Project
LumeX is a concept crypto mobile app designed to make buying, selling, and managing cryptocurrencies feel simple, safe, and seamless. The focus was on creating a modern yet approachable experience that inspires trust for both beginners and experienced traders.
Task
The goal was to design a mobile experience that:
Reduces complexity in crypto trading
Provides clear and scannable market information
Builds user trust through modern visuals and clean interactions
Simplifies the buying process to minimize friction
Process
Research & Goal Setting Identified common pain points in crypto apps: cluttered interfaces, confusing flows, and overwhelming data.
Design Approach:
Splash screen: Futuristic illustration to set a welcoming and trustworthy first impression.
Market overview: Clean layout, clear indicators for price movement, and easy-to-scan asset cards.
Buy flow: A minimal, guided process with preset options, visible balances, and one bold CTA to reduce stress.
Visual Direction Dark mode theme with high-contrast neon accents for focus and usability. Typography and spacing were kept simple to improve readability.
Result
The outcome is a crypto app design that balances modern aesthetics with functional simplicity. Users can quickly understand market trends, make confident buying decisions, and enjoy a smooth experience without feeling overwhelmed.
