Harmony Succession Partners (HSP) is an independent M&A advisory firm specializing in the sale of Ontario-based companies valued between $3MM and $30MM.

My client, Thomas from HSP, entrusted me with the task of redesigning their website as part of their Wix Editor website renewal project.

Leveraging Wix Editor, I provided a professional website design, including custom graphic assets tailored to their brand.

Project Objective

The objective of this project was to create a simple yet professional website within one week while ensuring that it could be easily updated by the client.

Using Wix Editor, I designed the website to be efficiently editable and updatable with the no-code platform and provided a comprehensive manual on how to edit and manage the site as part of my after care support.

Style Guide for Branding Design

To establish a strong foundation for the design, I first created a style guide.

Based on their logo and client requirements, I developed a calm and sophisticated color scheme centered around moss green.

Color Scheme for Harmony Succession Partners

To enhance readability and future versatility, I customized Google Fonts and applied them to the Wix Site Theme as the website's official fonts.

Wix Editor Website Design with Figma

To streamline the website design and development process, I first created a wireframe in Figma and used it as a reference while building the site in Wix Editor.

All icons and image assets used on the site were managed in Figma, where I adjusted the color scheme to align with the brand’s style guide. After optimization, the assets were exported in the ideal sizes for the website.

These assets were then organized and shared with the client as Media Assets, ensuring they could also be used across other platforms.

Graphic Design Assets

For the Sales Process section, I created an infographic in Illustrator to present the information in a visually clear and engaging way, ensuring that complex details could be easily understood.

To maintain a consistent look and feel, the infographic was designed in alignment with the style guide, ensuring cohesion across the entire website.

Wix Editor Web Animation

Wix Studio is not the only platform that supports animations—Wix Editor also allows multiple animation settings.

Since this project featured a simple design, I carefully implemented scroll-based parallax animations and subtle fade-in effects to enhance the user experience. These animations were optimized to ensure a rich and engaging experience on both desktop and mobile devices.

Testimonials : Slideshow

The Testimonials section was designed using Wix Editor’s Slideshow feature, allowing the client to easily add and update testimonials as needed.

Sales Process : Navigation Tab

The Sales Process section was designed using a navigation tab to display explanations for each step.

This approach allows for efficient organization of extensive information within a limited space, ensuring clarity and usability on both desktop and mobile devices.

Industry Experience: Wix Pro Gallery

The Industry Experience section included multiple icons, so I implemented it using Wix Pro Gallery.

For the mobile version, a "Read More" button was added to control the number of icons displayed at once. On desktop, the layout automatically adjusts responsively based on the user's monitor size.

Additionally, since the gallery is linked to Media Assets, the client can easily rearrange or add icons, making the design highly user-friendly and easy to edit.

Furthermore, each icon features a subtle hover animation, enhancing interactivity and creating a more engaging user experience.
