Use a WhatsApp AI bot for quick, conversational transactions
The vision was to create not just a transactional app, but a digital experience that feels engaging, intuitive, and scalable.
The Challenge
Through research and user interviews, I identified several pain points:
Fragmented services: Users relied on multiple apps to handle bills, games, and tickets.
Low engagement: Payment platforms were functional but lacked incentives for retention.
Limited financial insights: Users had little visibility into spending habits.
Complex flows: Transactions often felt tedious, and support systems were not human-centered.

As a consultant and designer, I worked across both research and design execution. My goal was to craft experiences that addressed each feature holistically:
