Website Redesign with E-commerce Integration

Challenges
The current site was outdated and needed a complete revision both in terms of visuals and in terms of user experience. While working on the redesign, I followed further challenges:
New e-commerce capabilities should be integrated into the website.
The website should be designed as a template for different locations and languages. This is worth taking into account as some locations have their own specifics, and the length of the text in different languages is very different.
The new design should be designed with the specifics of the implementation of the current one in order to speed up the development process.
New types of products with new properties and characteristics should have been added to the site.
The information Architecture is outdated and needs to be redesigned.
The design library was also outdated, and required a more flexible and new system to be built from scratch
