I iterated through many explorations to improve the product, testing likely features, where things go, how patients interacted with the application, and what the patients would feel most comfortable with especially in terms of privacy. This helped us create TeledocAI, making it simple for users to connect with doctors without insurance and addressing their concerns about costs and wait times

To learn more about what patients and doctors need, I talked to them and asked questions through interviews and surveys. I also studied other telemedicine platforms to see how they usually work, checked how well their interfaces work, and found ways we can make things better.

I organized live interviews with a doctor and two patients and these are the insights we gathered from the conversation.

I asked people who might use TeleDoc AI for their thoughts by doing a survey. More than 20 people, including patients and healthcare professionals, shared their opinions. The survey was about understanding what users like, what they want, and their thoughts about the product.

The survey showed that 54.2% of respondents are open to the potential of AI in Telemedicine.

I studied the flows and features of key competitors such as Teladoc, Doctor on Demand, Amwell, ZocDoc, and K Health to identify gaps and possible opportunities.

Drawing from comprehensive research insights, I created user personas that effectively represent our target users, shedding light on their goals, motivations, and pain points.
