Broker360 is a fully-custom CRM built for independent insurance agents who need a simple, powerful workflow without the complexity of enterprise CRMs. The platform replaces ad-hoc spreadsheets and sticky notes with automated lead nurturing, quote tracking, policy management, dashboards, and renewal workflows.

Using FlutterFlow, I engineered a fast, responsive cross-platform app, and leveraged Lovable to design and iterate the marketing site, brand identity, and UI variations quickly.

The goal: Build a modern CRM that allows agents to close more deals with less work.
