Project Overview:

I redesigned an antiquated and SPAM heavy cold calling approach into a series of fully integrated targeted marketing campaigns. My main focus was to improve the outreach system to boost lead quantity and quality, caller performance, and response rates. The client was struggling with inconsistent messaging, outdated call scripts, and unorganized lead tracking. My role was to rebuild the structure behind the cold calling operation while integrating automation and follow-up tools to support conversion.

Implementation of the New Cold Marketing System
The process began with auditing and rewriting the cold call scripts to better align with mission and vision of the company as well as buyer psychology. A streamlined tagging system in GoHighLevel (GHL) was implements to categorize lead stages, interests, and source. I then created a training workflow and resource kit for the calling team, including a live training session and SOP documentation.
To reinforce warm leads and maximize caller momentum, I launched a weekly text blast campaign targeting tagged leads based on stage and behavior. The texts were delivered as a short-form educational course (3–5 messages per week) that deepened interest, qualified leads, and funneled them back into calls or booking pages.
