Restspace: On-Demand Restroom Finder and Sharing Platform

Challenge: Build an “Uber for restrooms” – a multi-tenant marketplace with mobile app, admin dashboards, payments, and geo-features.

Solution: As tech advisor turned Head of Engineering, I built and managed the team, defined architecture (modular monolith + microservices), contributed to backend, React admin, and iOS codebase. Integrated AWS, Stripe, Twilio, Mapbox, Elasticsearch, and real-time messaging.

Results: Successfully launched; app later featured on ABC, Fox, Yahoo, Scripps News. Founder called me a “10x Engineer”. Currently Head of Engineering; offered future CTO role.
