Tools Utilized:
Gorgias: As the central hub for customer inquiries and support tickets, Gorgias played a pivotal role in our project. I meticulously configured Gorgias to automate repetitive tasks, organize ticket queues effectively, and provide valuable insights into our support operations.
Shopify: Leveraging Shopify's robust e-commerce functionalities, I integrated it seamlessly with Gorgias to ensure a cohesive support experience for our customers. By syncing order information, product data, and customer details between the two platforms, we were able to provide more informed and efficient support.
