Screen Graphics for Pollstar Live & Awards 2025

Section 1: The Brief
Pollstar Live is the world's largest gathering of live entertainment professionals. The 2025 event required a visual system that could operate across two completely distinct environments — a business-forward daytime conference (Production Live) using projection systems, and an elevated evening awards ceremony (Pollstar Live & Awards) running across expansive LED screen configurations. The system needed to flex across both formats without feeling disconnected, while supporting live nominee reveals, winner announcements, and specialty Hall of Fame tributes — all within a single brand refresh.
Section 2: Visual System & Content Ideation

The screen graphics were designed as flexible visual systems that could adapt across multiple display configurations while maintaining distinct identities for each event segment. I developed concepts incorporating updated brand colors and dynamic line elements, creating flexible lockup systems for nominees and winners that intelligently distributed content across dual-screen LED configurations. The design approach included two distinct visual languages — a bold, business-forward aesthetic for the conference sessions and an elevated, celebratory treatment for the Awards ceremony — with motion elements optimized for their respective display technologies, from projection systems to expansive LED arrays.

Section 3: Animated Screen Graphics
Following the static design phase, motion designer Fabiana Fonseca developed transitions and animations that brought the screen graphics to life. These motion pieces added dynamic energy to the visual systems, creating seamless transitions between nominee reveals, winner announcements, and category presentations. The animations were carefully crafted to maintain legibility across dual-screen configurations while enhancing the celebratory atmosphere of the live event, with timing considerations that accommodated the rapid pace of the awards ceremony.
