Facebook Community Growth is my passion

This, I would call it "Applying in public" even it's inside the platform.

Contra's Business Model is just right for me, and for many serious people about collaborative work and relationships. I have been struggling to onboard clients and collaborators, but not anymore.

My lazy friend told me: "hey, I tried to visit your Contra's account but I had to open an account".

I said: "Didn't you told me you want to collaborate and work on that project?"

Him: "hmm...yes!"

You see, most people "want just to have a look", few are willing to pull the trigger and collaborate on projects.

In 2017, I started my Facebook group, it's a logistics community of students (80% of them and 20% are professionals). The group currently have 12+ different countries, 10,741 community members with 6395 active members. In August 2020, we were able to grow the group from 8580 members to 10.000 members under two months of work (automation, scheduling content, and trainings in the format of Facebook Lives inside the group).

Why growing a community on Facebook is so important?

I think having a Facebook group can bring a great value to the business.

  • It's all about community, Facebook groups are super helpful to share pretty much anything: customers reviews, conversations, resources, guides, mentorship (if the groups is categorized as a Social Learning Group), User Experience, share success, add value to others and many more.
  • Building long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Increasing organic reach.
  • Can be used as a social internal shout out tool.
  • Can be use as a customer support community.
  • Can be use as a learning and engagement tool.

There are too many uses and benefits. The most import thing is to keep users engaging.
