Problem : A funded banking startup had multiple service offerings and wanted to understand when they should be presented to new users.
Actions : Conducted 15 moderated usability tests to determine resonance with service offerings as well as UI feedback.
Outcomes : UI Conversion feedback, and an understanding of the high converting value propositions to present to users during their initial onboarding experience
