To overcome the aforementioned challenges, the organization embarked on the development and implementation of a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS). This solution aimed to streamline the staff training process and create a user-friendly platform to deliver self-help courses for personal improvement and a better way of living. The LMS encompassed various features, including a course catalog, intuitive user interface, course enrollment and progress tracking, teacher assignment, assessments and feedback mechanisms, and certification options. These features aimed to provide a holistic and immersive learning experience for employees while simplifying administrative tasks for the management team.
