I've written an eBook based on my own experience, focused on providing relevant evidence on a topic that's often riddled with myths and misinformation.
As someone who's gone through not one but several hair and scalp issues, I was overwhelmed with the vast information available online. Particularly on social media and blogs, only to realise that the information and advice presented would not always ring true and could even be detrimental if applied to your hair. With so much false information out there, it took me some time to go through and filter out the most reputable sources, which gave me the knowledge and answers I sought at the beginning of my journey—leading to eventually combating my hair and scalp issues and making them manageable. That's what motivated me to create this eBook, as a place where all the necessary information is stored on hair and scalp problems, backed by scientific data and reputable experts in this field.
The second part of this project consisted of creating a relevant cover for this eBook.
