A&R Rentals — Role-Based Venue Booking Platform Google Calendar, DocuSign & Automated Payment Workflows on Bubble.io What We Built A role-based venue booking platform on Bubble.io that automates the full booking lifecycle end to end: booking creation and approval, DocuSign contract sending and signature detection, configurable payment collection (exempt, partial deposit, or full upfront), and real-time two-way Google Calendar sync — with calendar events auto-created, auto-deleted, and color-coded based on booking and payment status. Three roles (Admin, Manager, Ambassador) each get workflows scoped to what they actually do, including a built-in commission system that ties ambassador payouts directly to approved bookings.
