Users chat with the AI in a ChatGPT-style interface, upload meal photos for instant macro and calorie estimates, or upload PDF/CSV nutrition logs for the AI to parse, summarize, and learn from. Every interaction feeds into two layers of memory: a structured, AI-maintained PROFILE_SUMMARY that captures goals and patterns, and a Pinecone vector database that stores and semantically retrieves relevant past context so the coaching genuinely reflects what the AI has learned about that specific user, not a generic response.
