Client: A diagnostic imaging center specializing in CT scans, aiming to streamline appointment booking and improve patient experience.
Challenge:
Patients were facing difficulties in scheduling and managing CT scan appointments due to:
• Long wait times on phone calls.
• Lack of transparency in appointment availability.
• Limited self-service options for rescheduling or cancellations.
The goal was to design a patient portal that simplifies booking, enhances user experience, and reduces administrative burdens for the staff.
