Subii is a user-friendly online platform designed to seamlessly connect service providers with subcontracting opportunities. It allows companies to effortlessly post jobs requiring subcontractors, while enabling subcontractors to easily discover and bid on new projects.

I had the pleasure of leading the redesign of Subii’s website. The client initially had a basic site that lacked clarity, so we collaborated to define the key elements for the new design. Together, we outlined our vision, identified the end users, and determined what they’d want to see on the website to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.

To kick things off, I began with wireframing, exploring multiple variations to nail down the ideal structure. Once the wireframe was approved, I moved on to crafting the UI design in Figma. After a few rounds of constructive feedback, the Figma designs were finalized. From there, I brought the vision to life by implementing the complete website in Framer, incorporating content, text styles, and colors—all while adhering to industry best practices.
