Laroye AI is a Canadian AI company building solutions for problems that tend to get overlooked by traditional investment. Their work runs across two arms, consulting and product, with Tree-Ring AI and JOYfuel already live and gaining traction.

The engagement was development-focused. A Figma file was provided, and the job was to bring it to life in Webflow, responsive and true to the design intent.

The build started with setting up the style guide in Webflow, colours, typography, and spacing, before touching any layout. From there, everything was structured using Client-First naming conventions, keeping the project clean and easy to hand off or maintain down the line.

With the foundation in place, the focus shifted to building out the sections faithfully, then layering in the interactions, hover states across the site and the illustration spinner in the hero, handled with custom JavaScript and CSS where Webflow's native tools needed a nudge.

Dev-only projects are a good test of execution. Working within someone else's creative decisions means the focus stays entirely on building it well. With Laroye, that's exactly what the brief called for.
