At Mednow, I rebuilt Google Ads and Meta end-to-end to drive Rx-transfer leads and pharmacy-delivery sign-ups. On Google, I moved to an intent-based Search structure (exact/phrase clusters for “transfer prescription,” “pharmacy delivery,” chronic-med queries, brand/competitor), tightened geo-radius targeting around service areas, added dayparting to match fulfillment SLAs, and deployed RSAs with sitelinks/callouts.
Day 30: Blended CAC ↓ 10–15% vs baseline; Search LP CVR +10–15% to ≥5%; Meta LP CVR +8–10% to ≥3%.
Day 60: Blended CAC ↓ ~25% vs baseline; Search LP CVR +20% to ≥6.5%; Meta LP CVR +15% to ≥3.5%.
Day 90: Blended CAC at/under target (set with finance), e.g., ≤ $30 per Rx transfer; Search CAC ≤ $28, Meta CAC ≤ $32; sustain LP CVR ≥7–8% (Search) and ≥4–5% (Meta).
