Bunnings is Australia's largest household hardware chain in Australia with over 375 stores across the country. I worked with them via AKQA – Australia to help deliver multiple digital projects, including an online marketplace.
My primary objective was to play a pivotal role in Bunnings' groundbreaking digital transformation to expand its online offering. This endeavour represented the most significant shift for the company since its inception with the opening of the very first store. Assuming a leadership position, I took charge of the entire design process, guiding it from inception to completion.
To craft a truly seamless and convenient online experience, I actively engaged with numerous customers, conducting extensive research to grasp their preferences and needs. Armed with these valuable insights, I embarked on an iterative design journey, rigorously creating, testing, and refining the solutions for several months.
By contributing my expertise to this transformative initiative, my work left a lasting impact on Bunnings' digital landscape and empowered countless customers to enjoy an enhanced online shopping experience.
