Build a full mobile and web based trading solution for CND bank

MY ROLE

Partnering as pa product owner with a one of the major Canadian household banks in developing a brand new, state of the art, mobile and web trading platform concentrating on Stocks and Options.

ACTIVITIES & RESULTS

Lead Product Manager for the mobile solution – Spearheaded the creation of a native mobile trading terminal from the ground up, collaborating closely with the client, development, and UX teams to bring this vision to life.

Feature Development – Lead the development of several complex client facing features such as Advanced Stock Screener, Mobile Option Chain, proprietary Mobile Charting and others.

Back office system enhancements – Managed the enhancement of critical back-office functionalities related to Risk Management, the Order Management System, and middle office workflows, improving operational efficiency and compliance.

Key collaborator – Served as the central communication hub, effectively bridging gaps between the client, development teams, UX experts, and QA to ensure cohesive alignment and smooth progression across all development stages.
