MY ROLE

Product Manager partnering with a pioneering Swiss neo-bank striving to be a “trading first” mobile supper app (100K+ store downloads).

ACTIVITIES & RESULTS

Work on launching a debit card solution – Spearheaded the launch of a debit card solution, leveraging our trading-first technology platform. This involved detailed solution design and architectural planning, thorough integration analysis with key third-party vendors (including VISA, card processors, and providers), and close collaboration with the development team to conceptualize and deliver a potential Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

Lead Business Analyst – Help the client with analyzing their problems and needs and coming up with solutions. Work closely with the dev and tech teams to provide efficient working solutions. Took charge as the leading business analyst to meticulously understand the client’s challenges and needs from a technical and business perspective. By working with the client and development teams, I ensured the delivery of efficient and effective solutions tailored to meet the neo-bank’s ambitious goals.
