In this case study, I present a collection of dashboards I created, designed, tested, and supported through development—each crafted to empower users with clarity and actionable insight. With a strong focus on functionality, visual hierarchy, and product context, these dashboards translate complex data into confident decision-making. My role spanned the full design lifecycle: from shaping user workflows and structuring information architecture to aligning layouts with key business KPIs and collaborating closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation.
This dashboard was designed to support internal teams in effectively managing project execution by providing a clear overview of timelines, team capacity, budgets, and cross-functional deliverables.
It centralizes critical operational data, enabling project managers and team leads to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and allocate resources efficiently.
With real-time visibility into overlapping workflows and capacity constraints, the dashboard empowers teams to make informed decisions, stay aligned across functions, and ensure that key milestones and budgetary goals are consistently met

Budget vs. actual tracking for better financial control
A multi-purpose dashboard designed for an agrochemical company to monitor performance analytics, streamline ongoing tasks, and track key operational milestones.
Built to give teams a consolidated view of progress and actionable insights.
This GST dashboard was designed as a SaaS solution to simplify tax compliance for businesses. It enables users to track invoices in real time, reconcile mismatches, and follow up with vendors all in one intuitive interface.
Built for finance teams and business owners, the dashboard streamlines GST management while reducing manual effort and risk of penalties.
Created a set of wireframes for a chemical company to help them track their internal processes and key operational variables. The goal was to bring clarity and structure to complex workflows ranging from production stages to safety checks and quality controls. These early design explorations focused on creating a streamlined, role-specific interface that enabled teams to monitor real-time data, flag anomalies, and maintain consistency across batches.
