Rava Real Estate's website lacked user-friendliness and transparency in property listings and online payment options. Users found it challenging to navigate through listings and understand payment plans, leading to decreased conversion rates.

To create a user-centric website that simplifies property search, enhances property details presentation, and provides a seamless online payment experience.

Conducted surveys and user interviews to identify pain points and Analyzed user feedback and pain points from customer support interactions.

Redesigned the sitemap for better navigation and categorization and Implemented a clear hierarchy to prioritize essential information.

Created wireframes to visualize new page layouts and property cards with interactive prototypes for testing and feedback.
