goal: the objective was clear: elevate the user experience and boost conversion rates for 11 e-commerce websites. each site was suffering from outdated designs that didn’t resonate with their target audiences.
process: over the course of 11 days, i embarked on a focused redesign journey. each day was dedicated to a different website, where i conducted a thorough audit of the existing layout, functionality, and user pathways. by employing best practices in conversion rate optimization (CRO), i identified critical pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
i redesigned either the product page or homepage for each site, integrating modern design principles, intuitive navigation, and persuasive calls to action. my approach was data-driven, using analytics to guide decisions on layout changes and content placements.
after completing the designs, i engaged with the business owners through presentations that highlighted not only the visual updates but also the strategic reasoning behind each change. i provided them with a detailed implementation guide, ensuring they understood how to maximize the impact of the new designs.
