Conducted a 3-day in-person Continuous Product Discovery workshop for the product team at Bayer's Digital Hub Warsaw.

Worskhop participants learned how to:

  • successfully plan and organize Product Discovery work
  • convert business goals into product outcomes
  • leverage Opportunity-Solution Tree framework to build alignment
  • explore product opportunities by leveraging research methods, especially In-Depth-Interviews (IDI) with customers
  • ideate product solutions and translate them into practical and testable hypotheses
  • test product assumptions with a use of validation methods
