Conducted a 3-day in-person Continuous Product Discovery workshop for the product team at Bayer's Digital Hub Warsaw.
Worskhop participants learned how to:
- successfully plan and organize Product Discovery work
- convert business goals into product outcomes
- leverage Opportunity-Solution Tree framework to build alignment
- explore product opportunities by leveraging research methods, especially In-Depth-Interviews (IDI) with customers
- ideate product solutions and translate them into practical and testable hypotheses
- test product assumptions with a use of validation methods
