USERS AND NEED

CLOTHMART’s target users were individuals across South Asia seeking a secure and easy-to-use online fashion platform. Many found existing e-commerce platforms overly complicated and difficult to navigate, leading to low adoption rates. Our research revealed that users prioritized intuitive design and robust security features. We also discovered that regional differences in language and user experience expectations posed significant challenges. To address these, we simplified the interface, enhanced security, and introduced multi-language support. These improvements were key to boosting CLOTHMART’s market presence and significantly enhancing user satisfaction in the region.

Our Product Owners saw a valuable opportunity to scale CLOTHMART's presence across South Asia. We were given the task of making measurable improvements in user engagement and satisfaction within a six-month period.

Teasing Expansion and UI Revamp

In the fourth quarter of 2022, we focused on redesigning CLOTHMART’s website to subtly build anticipation for the upcoming expansion. Alongside this, we refined the UI to ensure a more cohesive experience across the platform. This included introducing a refreshed brand language, consistently applied across all digital interfaces.
