VizoCRM is an all-in-one CRM platform designed for student recruitment and education consultancy agencies. It centralizes every stage of the student journey from initial lead capture to counsellor assignment, document processing, and visa approval.
Key Features & Contributions:
Architected full CRM workflow and automation pipelines for multi-branch agencies.
Integrated with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to automatically fetch and manage leads in real time.
Implemented multi-role access control, lead assignment, and performance analytics dashboards.
Built scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS for reliability and growth.
Results:
Enabled agencies to handle 10× more leads with zero drop-off.
Early adoption across UAE and UK-based education consultancies.
