Spec Brand Video Ad

To demonstrate my creative range and ability to adapt to different industries, I developed a spec brand video for a fashion school. This project allowed me to showcase both storytelling and motion design skills.
The goal of the video was for the school to attract prospective students by showcasing its creative spirit and positioning itself as a place where fashion, and innovation. The goal was to create a brand film that felt aspirational, editorial, and aligned with the aesthetics of the fashion industry.
My Approach: I recognised that prospective students are drawn not only to the curriculum but also to the atmosphere of a school. Its energy, its creative culture, and its ability to inspire. My approach was to craft a film that felt like an editorial piece: cinematic, and stylish, that resonate emotionally. I used rhythm, pacing, and motion design to highlight the school’s vibrancy while weaving in a narrative arc that spoke to ambition and creative identity.
My Role: As Creative Lead & Editor, I developed the narrative concept, shaping raw footage into a cohesive brand story. I also designed the pacing and motion graphics to mirror the energy of the fashion world. And finally I balanced editorial aesthetics with clear messaging about the school’s values and opportunities.
The Outcome: The final promo film showcased the institution as a hub of innovation and inspiration, resonating with prospective students and reinforcing its reputation within the fashion industry.
