2014 - Adaro Energy Employee Management System

Adaro Energy is a coal mining company that operates across all corners of Indonesia. The number of employees that works for Adaro is numerous. With the rapid growth of employees 📈, the company faces the trouble of the lack of access to employee information and time-consuming manual data update. 🤯

The system that we created aims to accommodate the need for information integration and the transformation of the process from manual to digital 😎. So that the system can erase sending hardcopy documents process because there are several obstacles due to difficult access in the mining area, document delivery time, high shipping costs, and minimizing the potential for scattered data 👏.

We made this application as straightforward as possible, using formal terminology and making pages like forms on actual paper, so the people who worked on manual forms for years could adapt effortlessly 🤓.

This simple system has undoubtedly helped the efficiency and effectiveness of the distribution of data and information, which affect all employees can get the benefits at the same time 🎉.
