Here is how I took a kids' brand from $0 to $20K/month in its first 30 days.

One month after launching paid traffic: $20,000+ in monthly revenue, at 4.3x ROAS against a 1.7x break-even.
Everyone wants the ad strategy. But the ads weren't where it started, and that's the part most people skip.
Here's how I actually did it.
I built the full acquisition system end-to-end, not just the look. Shopify storefront structured for conversion using Framer Commerce, the entire Meta Ads account, the creative, the audiences, and server-side tracking, so I was optimizing on clean data instead of guesses.
The scaling came from discipline, not luck. I worked off a break-even ROAS of 1.7x as the line everything was measured against, so I always knew which Ads were actually making money versus just spending it and dropping under the KPI. I tested creatives systematically, killed losers, scaled winners, and iterated audiences instead of letting the account coast.
