Regaining Trust and Credibility

Overview

Designed and developed the new website for Derma Med Spa, a premium skin clinic specializing in medical-grade skincare treatments and services. The goal of the website revamp was simple - attract higher quality leads and increase conversions. The existing website wasn't effectively communicating their value or service quality, resulting in misaligned client expectations and lower conversion rates.

Challenge

In the medical aesthetics industry, patient hesitation stems from these key issues:

Aesthetic treatments are permanent and highly personal. Yet most clinics fail to address these fears by not showcasing their medical expertise, certifications, and safety protocols upfront.

The disconnect between a clinic's actual medical capabilities and their online presentation creates doubt. Many qualified clinics appear unprofessional online, making potential patients question their expertise.

With numerous non-medical spas offering similar services, patients struggle to identify truly qualified providers. The lack of transparency around results and patient experiences only deepens this credibility crisis.

Create a visually appealing, elegant and user-friendly website that reflects clinic's premium standards.

Effectively showcasing their comprehensive range of treatments, and building trust through strategic presentation of credentials and real patient outcomes.

Each design decision was to be made to bridge the gap between digital engagement and in-clinic excellence, ensuring potential patients feel confident in their choice before making first contact.

Typography

Combined the elegance of Sang Blue Sunrise (serif) with the modern typeface Sofia Pro (sans-serif), creating a sophisticated typographic system that goes well together also contributing to the premium look of the website.

Visual Language

Embraced purposeful minimalism, using generous white space and precise alignment to create a sense of luxury and medical precision.

Added some delightful animations on loading screen and while scrolling.

Refined color palette and consistent spacing that create a sophisticated look.

Floating Video in hero section breaks traditional grid without disrupting the premium aesthetic

Crafted clean layouts where every element has room to breathe, elevating the entire digital experience to match the clinic's premium service offering.
