I oversaw all aspects of an organization-wide training and coaching program, from conception to delivery. I created the vision and strategic plan, roadmap, launch and delivery strategy, and identified the metrics aligned with business goals. I recruited participants, created and facilitated training, facilitated coaching, and developed all training materials. I worked closely with leadership, and colleagues and partnered with executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success. I created training metrics and delivered regular reports for stakeholders and the organization. I was responsible for the end-to-end creation, delivery, and management of the training and coaching program.
