Homestead approached us with the need for a client portal that could transform how they managed homeowner interactions. During our initial conversations, it became clear that they required a platform that:

To address Homestead’s needs, we crafted a centralized, user-friendly portal using a tailored stack of tools: Notion, Super.so, and Memberspace.

The solution began with building the core structure in Notion, which became the foundation for the portal. Sections for project requests, invoices, and updates were carefully organized for clarity and ease of navigation. Using Super.so, we styled the portal to reflect Homestead’s branding, ensuring a sleek and professional appearance that resonated with their values.

For added functionality, we integrated Memberspace, allowing clients to log in securely to personalized dashboards. Each dashboard displayed tailored content, including project updates, communication threads, and timelines.
