I've been working with boodle for the past year to improve and implement automated processes to ensure new client experiences are consistent, through, and well documented.

After thoroughly reviewing all the tools the customer had licensed, we were able to remove 3 product suites due to duplicate features and narrow most of the process down to using HubSpot, Slack, and Asana for all project activities, customer communications, executive reporting, license tracking, and dashboarding.

Through my efforts, we were able to create a more efficient team and reduce the number of people needed to support project activities.
