About the Company:
Samscript Fashion Academy is a fashion training institute that educates aspiring designers in fashion design, sewing, and brand development.
The Problem:
The academy struggled with low student enrollment and brand awareness. A lack of a structured marketing strategy and limited customer engagement made it difficult to attract new students.
My Approach:
I developed and implemented a strategic marketing campaign, by:
Creating and executing a targeted advertising plan for student recruitment
Enhancing customer engagement through personalized assistance
Optimizing sales processes, ensuring clear communication with prospects
The Solution & Results:
20% increase in student enrollment through improved marketing ✅ Higher engagement levels, improving customer retention ✅ Stronger brand visibility, attracting more aspiring designers
