I love cheese so much I had a dream about it. Browsing the convenience store isles in my sleep, I stumbled upon a cheesy crispy snack I had never seen before. Thus sparked my quest to make my dreams a reality! Inspired by a frico, an Italian parmesan crisp, Fricos are a rolled snack innovation that dreams are made of.
