Kaleidoscope International offers supply chain consultancy to companies such as Johnson&Johnson and Amazon. In 2022, the founder decided to launch a supply chain academy with in-person and online courses.
The strategy ✨
As Kaleidoscope's audience is mainly on LinkedIn, I decided it would be our main platform.
The goal is to drive people to a mailing list through a lead magnet designed to bring value to his ideal customer. Then, our newsletter nourishes his audience with more value to finally drive them to the bottom of the funnel: enrolling on the course.
Alongside a fellow freelancer, we created a new landing page for his course. This allows him to have 2 separate websites for his services: his consultancy website and his academy website (landing page).
One month before the course starts, we are running ads on LinkedIn, encouraging people to get his lead magnet which allows us to send them personalized emails.
Marianne is very professional and overdelivers. She isn't only good at creating high-quality content on social media, but she analyzes and optimizes the entire sales funnel to ensure better results. Since we started working together, more people enquired about my supply chain courses and my academy will launch soon!
