Problem Statement

Users may not fully understand how investing in shares of properties works, or what the risks and benefits are. Some users may have limited investment experience or knowledge, which could make them feel unsure about making investment decisions.
Users may struggle to find appropriate investment opportunities that match their preferences and risk tolerance. Some users may have limited funds to invest in properties, which could limit their options. Users may be concerned about the security of their personal and financial information when using the app, particularly when making investments.

Investing in real estate can be very expensive, and requires careful consideration of the costs and potential returns before making a decision.
Most users do not know how to invest. The majority of users who increasingly enter the world of investments digitally have little or no experience.

Understanding how, what, and when people search in the main investment applications and rent/buy real estate

To develop a platform for investing in real estate shares, it is crucial to understand user search behavior in major investment applications and real estate rental/buying platforms. This analysis will help identify patterns, preferences, and specific needs of potential users.

Training Platform

By creating an account on the main investment platforms, we have detected that most of them offer investment learning and training courses with internal rewards. These courses are essential for educating new investors and retaining existing users through gamification and reward incentives.
A balance between having maximum security while making the login process as easy as possible
Security is a priority in any investment platform, but so is ease of use. It is essential to find a balance that allows a secure login process without complicating the user experience. Using methods such as two-factor authentication (2FA) and biometric login can enhance security while maintaining simplicity.

Most people who start investing are unsure of what they will invest in. Those who have an idea often need more detailed information about the investment. Providing clear descriptions, detailed analyses, and performance projections can help users make informed decisions.
