The Vibrational Dance of the Aura & The Chakras

Opening with the beauty of our Aura, this energy field surrounds all life. Mental, physical, and spiritual states of a being are reflected through the radiance of all 7 layers of our energy field. The glow of each layer in our aura changes depending on feelings, thoughts, and experiences. Our aura acts as a portal into one’s emotional depths and spiritual vitality.

Each layer of energy, is pulsating with its own individual vibration. Every chakra influences an energetic layer. These layers intensify in vibration as they pulsate outwards. In particular, layer 2 is vibrating higher than layer 1 in frequency. Layer 1, 2 and 3 embrace qualities that make one individually unique and hold all details that make up our character.

The energy that creates our aura is directly linked to the energy centers known as our chakras. Our chakras start at the base of our spine and run upwards to the crown of our head. Our energy centers are internally keeping certain organs and areas of the body functioning. When we are down in certain areas of our body, this is because the energy center (chakra) needs to be opened, cleansed, and balanced.

The chakras are influenced by our mental well-being and our physical well-being. What makes each chakra center unique, is the energy centers are intensely amplified with their own vibration. Our chakras have individual colors. Every energy center and layer, embody their own knowledge and awareness.

The Etheric Body- Is assigned to sustain physical health and well-being. This first layer acts as a protective barrier that keeps all negativity away from the physical body. This layer is depicted as a blue color that represents healing and calmness. The healing energy that is maintained, shows balance within the physical and emotional bodies. Grey colors showing within this layer are hinting that negativity might be getting absorbed. Creating boundaries and being mindful of not absorbing every energy one is around, is important.

The first energy center is located at the base of the spine, this is the Root Chakra. The Etheric Body is the first layer in our aura. The etheric body is centered around essential needs, protective needs, and secure living conditions. A balanced root chakra insists that the etheric body is strong, stable, and well-aligned with secure energy. The first layer in our aura, is a phase at which matter, and energy, coexist and balance in at a meeting point. The root chakra is glowing with red color.

Considering this, the level of awareness that is connected to layer 1 and energy center 1, is the inner mind. Our subconscious can be looked at as an area that holds every piece of data and every memory. The inner mind is also a garden. Programming this garden is our responsibility. Based on this, when healing memories, we must assign a new meaning to memories that are trauma related. When this chakra is balanced one is feeling grounded, secure, and protected in all areas of life. Feeling sincerely safe and stable, keeps layer 1 in our aura radiating.

The Emotional Body- Is primarily responsible for how we process and express our emotions. The second layer is connected to our psychological states. When one is balanced within their emotional health, this layer will be vibrating with bright colors like pink and yellow. The bright colors that glow, are represented as joy and happiness. Dark muddy colors could be a clue that there are negative emotions within, that need to be cared for. Taking good care of our emotions and regulating our thoughts, will benefit our mental health tremendously.

This energy center is the second above the root chakra, this is the Sacral Chakra. The emotional body is the second layer in our aura. The emotional body is based upon creativity, emotions, and sexuality. Keeping a balance of expressing artistic ideas and engaging in imaginative thoughts, is important for our desires to manifest. Reproduction is a natural process and is associated with this layer in our aura as well. The sacral chakra is glowing with orange color.

This chakra is an emotional center and influences the communion of our relationships. When our emotions are regulated and dealt with properly, this center is balanced. With this in mind, the level of awareness that is connected to layer 2 and energy center 2, is our instinctive mind. Meaning, our responses are based upon our emotional instincts. Any emotion we feel, is attracting our desires. Considering this, consciously acting on healing our emotions will be beneficial in the law of attraction. Choose the emotions you would like to paint your life with. Becoming intentionally balanced, keeps layer 2 in our aura radiating.

The Mental Body- Is assigned to maintaining self-control when creating personal beliefs. The third layer is connected to our decision-making and creativeness. When this layer is in good spirits, it will glow with colors of gold and yellow. These colors represent great comprehensive skills and mental clarity. When the coloring of this layer becomes cloudy, this could be a clue that confusion and mental stress could be taking over. Taking control of our thought process and creating perspectives for our highest good, will be supportive for our intellectual well-being.

This energy center is the third above the sacral chakra, this is the Solar Plexus Chakra. The Mental Body is the third layer in our aura. The mental body is centered around principles, ideas, structures, and our personal viewpoints. By prioritizing the direction of our thoughts, we will productively create and manifest the life we envision. As a result of having determination and courage, we will start seeing ourselves succeed within our personal goal objectives. The solar plexus chakra is glowing with yellow color.

When we are able to comprehend that thoughts are powerful forces, that help us to magnetize towards our desires, this energy center becomes balanced. The level of awareness that is connected to layer 3 and energy center 3, is the conscious mind. Consciously shaping an optimistic mindset to perceive the world, is an active choice of channeling our energy. Becoming clear about what ideas we are engaging in and having a clear outlook on what thoughts we choose to dismiss, will lead this chakra to a balancing point. Harnessing intellectual self-control, will keep layer 3 in our aura radiating.

The Astral Body- Is aligned with our desires, emotional experiences, and consciousness on a spiritual level. This layer of our aura is the meeting point between physical and mental states. When this layer is vibrating with balance, it glows with colors that are light blue, pink, and purple. The colors symbolize our spiritual connection with compassion and our loving vibrations we send to other beings. Depending on one’s emotional state these colors can fluctuate. Being passionate about our desires is always beneficial when opening up to love.

This energy center is the fourth above the solar plexus chakra, this is the Heart Chakra. The Astral Body is the fourth layer in our aura. The Astral body revolves around strong connections, spreading love, and cultivating harmony. This harmony should be centered among every spiritual being. Once our inner and outer world share unity, our relationships will do the same. Wisdom from elevated realms flow into layer 4 within our aura. The heart chakra is glowing with green color.

Restoring balance in the heart chakra, is resolved through clearing of emotional pain, and when our relationships share a clear/peaceful energetic cord. For example, to restore balance the energy links that no longer serve us, must be release. While releasing, the energy cord must be integrated back into our own essence. The level of awareness that is connected to layer 4 and energy center 4, is the ethereal mind. The ethereal mind nurtures our bonds with all beings, within cosmic consciousness. When we can recognize that negative emotions are evolving into higher states of love and understanding, this will keep layer 4 in our aura radiating.

The Etheric Template Body- Is assigned to guide the development of all bodily functions. This layer is an energetic blueprint of the first layer and physical body. The vitality and energy flow of our body is protected by this layer. When our physical health is in good spirits, this layer is glowing with white and gold colors. These colors represent innocence and a clear vision for our health. If brightness in color changes, this is dependent on the body’s health/energy system. Nurturing our health and gaining habits that highlight physical wellness will promote protection from this layer.

This energy center is the fifth above the heart chakra, this is the Throat Chakra. The Etheric Template Body is the fifth layer in our aura. The Etheric Template Body is centered around graceful expression and our divine purpose. This layer in our aura is the spiritual outline of the first layer, the Etheric Body. When balanced one will know what they want to achieve in life, through personal energy and gifts. Sharing our purpose with the world is what we are here to do as a spiritual being. The throat chakra is glowing with blue color.

Begin to intentionally attune your actions to the will of the universe. Doing so will bring about your true communication with the divine. Start expressing and seeking your own truth. Alignment will come to you, through your own purpose. The level of awareness that is connected to layer 5 and energy center 5, is the transcendent mind. This area within our aura is connected to 5th dimensional consciousness. Our higher intellect is able to process and gift the power to speak ideas into existence, through this energy center. Bringing our words to life, by acting with integrity to fulfill our promises, will keep layer 5 in our aura radiating.

The Celestial Body- Is primarily responsible for keeping our inner guidance centers connected to the universal energy. Our inner guidance centers allow us to sense and understand ideas beyond our material world. When this layer is balanced, it will glow with soft colors of violet and purple. These colors represent our intuitive gifts and our special brilliance, hidden within our being. Expressing gratitude for synchronicities keeps our spiritual self in a positive loop.

This energy center is the sixth above the throat chakra, this is the Third Eye Chakra. The Celestial Body is the sixth layer in our aura. The Celestial Body is centered around our intuitive guidance and the universal consciousness of the stars. Balancing the ideas of what positive and negative means to you, empowers our spirit to reveal itself through the physical body. For instance, knowing right from wrong and creating harmony through morals, lets our intuition be correct according to who we are as a spiritual being. The third eye chakra is glowing with purple color.

The level of awareness that is connected to layer 6 and energy center 6, is the sacred mind. The sacred mind helps us to understand that love is a creative power, that is universally throughout every spirit on earth. To balance this energy center, we must let go of past wounds and fears related to our ideas of love. Methods we can use to go about healing, is to embrace our vulnerability and take the time to understand our own self-love/self-compassion.

The Ketheric Body- Is aligned with the soul's higher purpose. Also known as our higher self, this layer of our being keeps us connected with all universal truths and is primarily linked to our soul. When this layer is vibrating with balance, it glows with violet, white and gold colors. These colors represent the light we give as a being, and the spiritual wisdom that is within our soul. Understanding oneness and keeping a sense of peace, will keep this layer continuously whole.

This energy center is seventh above the third eye chakra, this is the Crown Chakra. The Ketheric Body is the seventh layer in our aura. The Ketheric Body is based upon collective consciousness, meaning that we all are united as spiritual beings through the universal mind, known as our consciousness. This layer of our aura guides us with its energy, as we release karma. When this energy center is balanced, we are able to rise to higher states of consciousness, through dreams and meditation. The crown chakra is glowing with pale-violet color.

The level of awareness that is connected to layer 7 and energy center 7, is the elevated mind. The elevated mind supports us as we restore our spiritual perceptions. To balance this energy center, one must heal any blockages, so they can be fully open to their spiritual selves. Ways we can go about healing blockages is caring for self-awareness, aligning with divine principles, and maintaining consistency for inner growth.

Through mindfulness and intentional energy healing, we are able to strengthen all 7 aura layers and all 7 chakra centers. Keeping our energy balanced and cleansed, navigates one to a higher state of spiritual fulfillment. Choosing to search for peace and wholeness within ourselves, is a great way to lead ourselves through change. Growth opens new pathways, that lead us down roads full of new experiences.
