NIPRM V2 was a returning-client project for the National Institute of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Medicine. The goal was to modernize and expand the institute’s digital presence beyond a simple website by improving the public-facing experience, making content management easier, setting up professional domain emails, and supporting internal operations through a biometric attendance pilot.
I worked on the rebuild as a broader platform upgrade rather than just a visual refresh. This included improving the website experience, supporting CMS/admin workflows, helping establish a more professional communication setup, and contributing to a biometric attendance initiative for the institute’s internal processes.
The Challenge
The challenge was to evolve the institute’s platform into a more useful and professional system without making it overly complex for the team managing it.
The project had multiple goals running in parallel:
improve the public website experience
make content and admin workflows easier to manage
support official domain-based communication
introduce a biometric attendance pilot for internal operations
This meant the work had to balance public-facing presentation with internal usability, making sure the platform was both easier for visitors to navigate and easier for the institute team to operate.
My Contribution
I contributed across the platform rebuild, including:
Rebuilt and improved the institute’s public website experience
Worked on the structure and presentation of key institute pages
Supported CMS/admin workflows for easier content management
Helped organize the platform for a more professional and maintainable setup
Set up domain email support for institutional communication
Contributed to the biometric attendance pilot for internal use
Helped align the digital platform with both public visibility and operational needs
Worked as a returning engineering partner on the institute’s updated platform
Key Features Delivered
Refreshed institute website
Improved page structure and presentation
CMS/admin-friendly content workflows
Professional domain email setup
Better digital presence for the institute
Biometric attendance pilot for internal operations
Public information access for admissions, faculty, hospitals, facilities, events, and careers
More maintainable and structured platform foundation
Outcome
The result was a stronger and more professional digital platform for NIPRM, improving both the public-facing institute presence and the internal operational foundation.
The rebuild gave the institute a cleaner website experience, better content/admin workflows, more professional communication through domain email setup, and an initial biometric attendance pilot to support internal processes.
This project also reflects repeat-client trust, with the client returning for a more expanded V2 platform rather than a one-off website delivery.
