One Igatpuri is an exclusive gated community of 12 luxury bungalows nestled in the hills. The target audience was not just looking for a house, but a sanctuary away from the chaos of the city.
THE CHALLENGE
One Igatpuri needed to stand apart as a destination for "The one seeking space within." The challenge was to create a visual language that felt organic, grounded, and premium, translating the serenity of nature into a high-converting sales experience.
THE SOLUTION
We moved away from typical "building" icons and focused on an ornamental, nature-inspired emblem that feels like a heritage seal.
The Concept: As seen in the brand motion, we deconstructed the landscape..Wind, Water, Mountain, and Leaf to build a singular, balanced mark.
The Palette: A Deep Forest Green and Muted Gold were chosen to reflect the lush surroundings and premium positioning of the estate.
The "Unboxing" Sales Kit: We conceptualized the sales brochure not as a throwaway pamphlet, but as a rigid "Keepsake Box." This tactile experience turns the sales collateral into a physical asset, mirroring the permanence and value of the property itself.
OUTCOME
A comprehensive brand identity that elevates the property from a "Construction Site" to a "Luxury Estate." The visual system extends seamlessly from large-format hoardings to intimate guest amenities, ensuring the premium promise is kept at every touchpoint.
