Cadastral - AI Agent Website

For this project, I collaborated with Sprintli, who handled the visual design and creative direction led by Jadeon. My role was to bring their vision to life through Framer development, transforming the designs into a fully responsive, interactive, and production-ready website.

The main focus was not just recreating the layouts, but making sure every interaction, animation, and responsive behavior worked smoothly across different devices while staying true to the original design.

– Full Framer Development: Built the website in Framer, including page structures, reusable components, CMS collections, and responsive layouts.

– Custom Code & Overrides: Implemented custom solutions for input styling, border effects, font smoothing, viewport behavior, and other interactions that required functionality beyond Framer's native features.

– Responsive Optimization: Carefully adapted layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints, ensuring consistent spacing, typography, and functionality.

– REM-Based Sizing System: Used a scalable sizing approach to maintain consistent proportions and improve responsiveness across different screen sizes.

– Custom Preloader Animation: Developed a fullscreen loading experience with animated backgrounds, a progress indicator, and synchronized content reveals.

– Advanced Interactions: Built custom animation components and overrides to coordinate hero content, text reveals, and interactive elements with the loading sequence.

– Workflow Animations: One of the main technical challenges was implementing smooth, connected animations across workflow sections using Framer's native prototyping and interaction tools, while maintaining performance and a clean structure.

– Performance & Refinements: Refined transitions, responsive behavior, and component structures to create a polished experience without unnecessary complexity.

This project was a great example of close collaboration between design and development. Sprintli provided a strong visual direction and detailed design system, while I focused on translating those ideas into a functional website with precise interactions.

A significant part of the work involved finding practical solutions for complex animations and responsive layouts without compromising the original design.

The result is a scalable Framer website that combines clean implementation, custom functionality, and carefully crafted motion.
