Zarela AI — Driver Operations & Trip Management App

A mobile platform designed for professional drivers to manage their daily work from one place — upcoming trips, passenger details, routes, vehicle information, and work status.

The goal was to turn a workflow with a lot of changing information into an interface that drivers can understand quickly while they’re on the move. Instead of navigating through multiple tools or dense screens, the most important information and actions stay close to the current trip.

01 — Daily Operations

The main experience is built around the driver’s working day. Current and upcoming trips are organized by status, with pickup time, duration, distance, passenger information, and route details visible without digging through multiple screens.

Drivers can switch between on-duty and off-duty states, review pending trips, and accept or decline new assignments directly from the schedule.

Each trip brings together the information needed to complete the job: passenger details, pickup and destination points, timing, vehicle assignment, and trip status.

The interface prioritizes the next relevant action based on where the driver is in the journey, reducing unnecessary decisions and making longer multi-step trip flows easier to follow.

Drivers can access their assigned vehicle, review key information, and keep track of maintenance-related data without leaving the main product experience.

Rather than treating vehicle management as a separate tool, it becomes another part of the driver's daily workflow alongside trips and scheduling.

The onboarding experience keeps setup lightweight while collecting the information required to create and access a driver account. Sign-up supports standard account creation alongside familiar third-party authentication options.

The same visual and interaction system continues from onboarding into the operational product, keeping the experience consistent from the first screen onward.

Across 80+ screens and states, I focused on keeping information hierarchy predictable and actions contextual — so the interface can handle operational complexity while remaining fast to scan and easy to use throughout the day.
