Project Goal & Context

Arcify needed a modern product presence to explain what it does quickly and convert visitors into demo requests. The brief prioritized clarity, fast launch, and an adaptable marketing site.
I started with competitor and audience research to identify the messaging gaps and best patterns for the industry. That informed content hierarchy and the primary CTA funnels we’d design around.

Design Strategy

In Figma, I created low- and hi-fi wireframes focused on scannability and trust signals, then refined a compact design system (typography scale, color tokens, reusable components) so future pages could be added quickly.
On Webflow, I implemented responsive layouts, CMS collections for blog/use-cases, and interactions to communicate complex ideas simply. When technical constraints emerged, I prioritized progressive enhancement to keep the core UX fast and accessible while adding polished animations where they helped comprehension.

Outcome

The site launched on schedule (two-month window). The client gained a maintainable Webflow CMS structure and a component library that speeds up future content updates, and a repeatable platform for marketing and product updates.
