Customer Success Manager

Customer service is an important role to me, one because it is the gateway between the company and the customers, here I get to directly interact with the customer build strong relationships, and help mitigate any issues that may arise fast and gracefully. Secondly,I personally find immense satisfaction knowing that I have positively contributed to a customer experience making them feel the value of the solutions I present. If my roles above help uphold or better the reputation of the company I represent, it’s a fulfilling feeling and this contributes to my passion for this role.
I have 4 year of recruiting, onboarding and mentoring new teams both in my previous and my current role. I did recruiting for the whole sales team for the East and south africa offices (which included Demand generation team, BDM, Customer service team and Academy team)
