The Zorali Case study:
Zorali is one of Australia’s fastest growing outdoors brands with a mission to get people outdoors.
Before meeting Noel, Zorali were non existent on Facebook groups and didn’t understand how to leverage the brand they had online.
In 90 Days:
- A Closed Facebook group was built from scratch
- Group grew from 0 - 9,100 members.
- Fans of the brand organically engaged and shared their adventures. This sparked conversations between customers around the brand
- User generated content was posted saving Zorali the time & money on photoshoots. (The photo in the bottom left was taken by a customer and posted in the group).
- Real customer feedback was obtained through polls to help improve and implement current/future products and services from the brand.
This was all through simply 1 social channel & setting up foundations the RIGHT way.
