Product Illustrations

Userclouds is a privacy-aware data infrastructure application that helps large-scale businesses to protect customers and company data. I realised a series of bespoke illustrations to explain mechanisms and processes supporting the service.

The basic concept behind Userclouds is the process of Tokenization. To avoid copying or sharing private information, user data get replaced with a token when users log into different accounts. The token retains the form of the original data but delivers meaningless string of information (dashed lines).

The visual style plays with the idea of glass as a barrier to hide private data. I improved the existing Userclouds identity (petrol blue colour) by expanding the colour palette and adding yellow as accent colour.​​​​​​​
