Art Club Art Direction: African aesthetics, Timeless Year 2024

The record label would like to have a logo for Art Club and design the artwork for their new EP ‘Crystal Children’. The artwork needs to match the bright energy of this exciting new band. The genre relates to Glasgow band, Art Club, blend Jazz, Afrobeat, Electronica and Soul to create a timeless but explosive sound of their own.

Therefore I envision Art Club as a fun identity with colorful visuals and rich Afro culture. I want a chunky logo that represents the beauty of African languages while maintaining a modern look. The illustrations of musicians in crystal form are intended to convey the message that they are the Crystal Children in this EP.
